The Gidi Culture Festival at the weekend provided a perfect Easter for the fun seekers as they enjoyed a variety of events ranging from musical performances from several artistes, dance, beach soccer, food and barbecue. The event was held at the Eko Atlantic Beach Lagos.

Pepsi a leading brand in urban youth culture of entertainment and sports keyed into the event to provide a lasting experience for its teeming consumers. Apart from refreshing the crowd with chilled Pepsi drink, the Pepsi Football Academy, the largest and the oldest football academy in Nigeria played some selected beach soccer teams. Some fun seekers and celebrities also seized the moment to live for now by playing beach soccer.


The musical event which started at about 8pm in the evening saw picnickers and other fun seekers dance till the wee hours of Sunday.
Some popular artistes that performed at the musical show include the legendary Awilo Longomba, Lola Rae, MI, Burna Boy, Skales, YQ, Kelly Handsome, Yung L, Temi Dollface, Vanessa, Vector and CDQ. With the perfect partnership of Pepsi and Gidi Culture Festival to meet the Nigerian consumer at his passion touch points, some are already looking forward to next edition.
