3 Reasons Why You Can’t Save

Saving  is a culture we all must embrace to save and secure our future. So many people wish to save but find it very difficult for one reason or the other.  The truth is that we have to save, not minding what we might be going through.

Some people will say, “I can’t save because I don’t have enough”. I will say that as far as you can feed, you can save.  Remember if you are not saving, you are safe.

There are three major reasons why you can’t save now:

You are in control of your money at tough time: If you have access to your savings at tough time it might be very difficult for you to save. Saving your money in one of your accounts doesn’t stop you from spending it when you are broke because you still have easy access to it. But when you have it stocked in another hands, for instant in a multipurpose cooperative society, your access to such money will be reduced.

I could not save for a long time until I realized the need to reduce access to my savings. Why not work on yourself too now that you know.

No saving plan strategy: You need to develop a saving strategy to have a saving grace. There is a need for you to develop a saving plan: what amount are you saving? Where are you putting your money? When are you going to start? How much can I save per day to achieve my goal in one year? Etc.

Nothing to save for: You might want to ask, why should I save? That’s a good question! The truth is that if you have nothing to save for, you can’t think of saving. You most have critical needs that will motivate to save. If you are not living in your own house or you are driving an official car, you need to save to have your own properties.
